Financial Aid
If you are interested in applying for financial aid for the 2024-25 academic year, the application is now open and will close on May 5, 2024. This is a hard deadline so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to complete the process.
Please note: Financial aid is only available for students enrolled in kindergarten through 8th grade, not for early child Early Childhood programs.
How to Apply
Bergman partners with School and Student Services (SSS) for the financial aid process.

Applications past the deadline will not be accepted.
The application process is extensive, requires 2023 tax information, and could potentially take 4+ hours to complete. If you plan on applying for financial aid, please give yourself sufficient time to gather your materials and complete the application.
Award Offers will be communicated to families in late May 2024.
Filling Out an Application
Use the SSS Family Portal Login Page (https://sssandtadsfa.force.com/familyportal) to complete the online application.
The process is very extensive and to complete the application, you will need:

2023 tax information (W2, 1040, 1099, etc)

Asset Information (property, investments, etc)

Debt information (mortgages, credit cards, etc)

Expense information (utilities, clubs, etc)
The application is available in both English and Spanish.

The SSS Website for Parents & Families (http://www.solutionsbysss.com/parents) contains great support documents including a Parent Financial Statement (PFS) workbook and other downloadable guides.
