All new families that are interested in joining Bergman will need to complete an inquiry, schedule a tour, and complete the application checklist in Veracross, our student management system.

Early Childhood & Kindergarten Students

Prospective early childhood and Kindergarten families interested in 2025-26 enrollment are encouraged to tour and submit the application before January 17, 2025. 

 

Early Childhood students enrolled in 2024-25 will be given the first opportunity to re-enroll in either Early Childhood or Kindergarten for the 2025-26 academic year.  Once the re-enrollment process is complete (early January) and the number of openings is determined, the Director of Admissions will reach out to selected Kindergarten applicants in the wait pool to schedule a visit day.  Enrollment offers will be discussed with each family individually after the visit day is complete.  

 

Prospective early childhood families will be invited to an admissions event on Saturday, January 25, 2025. (More information on this event and how to sign up will be sent to all applicants in late November/Early December. Your prospective student's application must be complete to attend this event.)
 

Monday, February 3, 2025:  Enrollment offers/wait list notifications sent to all prospective early childhood applicants.
 

Monday, February 10, 2025:  Enrollment contracts due back for early childhood students.

Remaining spots (if applicable) will be filled during a rolling admissions process throughout the spring and summer of 2025.

1st - 8th Grade Students

Families interested in 2025-26 enrollment are encouraged to tour and submit the application before March 3, 2025.
 

After March 3, 2025 prospective families will be contacted by the Director of Admissions to schedule a visit day/assessment time if there is availability in their desired grade level. If the grade level is full after reenrollment, the prospective family will be notified.
 

Remaining spots (if applicable) will be filled during a rolling admissions process throughout the spring and summer of 2025.
