All new families that will are interested in joining Bergman for the 2024-25 school year will need to tour and complete applications for their prospective student(s).

Early Childhood & Kindergarten Students

Prospective early childhood and Kindergarten families interested in 2024-25 enrollment are encouraged to tour and submit the application before January 19th, 2024. 

 

Early Childhood students enrolled in 2023-24 will be given the first opportunity to re-enroll in either Early Childhood or Kindergarten for the 2024-25 academic year.  Once the re-enrollment process is complete (early January) and the number of openings is determined, the Director of Admissions will reach out to Kindergarten applicants to schedule a visit day.  Enrollment offers will be discussed with each family individually after the visit day is complete.  

 

Prospective early childhood families will be invited to an admissions event on Saturday, January 27, 2024. (More information on this event and how to sign up will be sent to all applicants in late November/Early December.)
 

Friday, February 2:  Enrollment offers/wait list notifications sent to all prospective early childhood applicants.
 

Monday, February 12:  Enrollment contracts due back for early childhood students.

Remaining spots (if applicable) will be filled during a rolling admissions process throughout the spring and summer of 2024.

1st - 8th Grade Students

Families interested in 2024-25 enrollment are encouraged to tour and submit the application before March 1, 2024.
 

After March 1, 2024 prospective families will be contacted by the Director of Admissions to schedule a visit day/assessment time if there is availability in their desired grade level. If the grade level is full after reenrollment, the prospective family will be notified.
 

Once all prospective students have completed assessments, offers of enrollment/wait list notifications will be sent out by the Director of Admissions.
 

Remaining spots (if applicable) will be filled during a rolling admissions process throughout the spring and summer of 2024.
